This is an Easy and Healthy Recipe for Berry Marmalade or Sauce, that can be used for different recipes or alone!

The Recipe
Ingredients
300 grams of frozen berries (like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc)
50ml Whiskey or other dry alcoholic drink
2 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey
3 tablespoons of chia seeds (to make a marmalade with whole strawberries) OR 1 tablespoon of arrowroot powder or cornstarch powder (to make thick strawberry sauce)
A few lemon drops (optional)
Blender machine (only for strawberry sauce option)
Process:
Place the frozen fruit in the pan and let it on the fire for 3 minutes.
When it starts becoming softer, poor the whiskey and sweetener and let it cook until it is all combined together, for 5 minutes more or less in medium heat.
Remove from fire and poor the chia seeds and mix well with a spoon or whisker. Let it rest until it's cool.
Alternatively, if you use arrowroot or corn starch powder instead of chia seeds, add it slowly and mix it very well and fast to dissolve it. In this case you need to use a blender, to turn the mix into a thick sauce, or else there might be small pieces of the powder in the mix. Let it rest until it's cool.
Add a 6-7 lemon drops and mix (optional).
Store in the fridge.
